Returns & Exchanges

If order through online channels, customers can exchange or return within 5 days after product is delivered. BUT you must contact us the first day since product arrives about returning or exchanging and let us know the reasons. Returned products must be in new condition and unused. A restocking fee of 10% of total invoice and the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed 7 days after we receive the the returned products.

For orders purchased at Borboleta Showroom, customer must inspect the bags before purchase. Once purchased and left the showroom, we will not offer refunds or exchanges in any case.
